Bowed Strings is a home-based music studio founded by two sisters who aim to provide a non-judgmental environment yet of assured quality for both children and adults to learn the violin and cello. They prioritize building a strong foundation and developing techniques, and strive to ensure every student has the best possible music lesson experience, performing pieces with musicality and precision.

The sisters conduct classes to students from all walks of life, from international students mainly from the Singapore American School and extra sessions for students from the NAFA School of Music in Singapore. They are also currently instructors of the newly founded Singapore Institution of Technology (SIT) University String Ensemble and previously served as music instructors at MOE Schools such as Mayflower Primary, Fuchun Primary, Greenwood Primary School and more...

Through weekly private and group classes, as well as adhoc classes for leisure learners or those who already have a teacher and want to focus on technical work. Their tutorials have been proven effective and well-liked by a large audience, as evidenced by their 700,000 views and 12,300 followers on Instagram.
